Frequently asked questions

What types of lining does Brador carry?

Brador carries Sherpa, Downproof, Kasha, Mesh, and Radiantex® thermal lining, available in an extensive range of solid colours and exclusive northern prints including Tunniit™ by Martha Kyak, Ulu, and Inukshuk.

What is Downproof lining used for?

Downproof lining is a tightly woven fabric designed to prevent down feathers from escaping through the fabric. It is used as the inner lining for down-filled garments and accessories.

What is the difference between Sherpa and Kasha lining?

Sherpa is a deep-pile fleece lining offering maximum warmth and softness, commonly used for hoods and collars. Kasha is a smooth, lightweight lining designed to slip easily over layers, better suited to garment interiors where warmth is secondary to ease of movement.
