I would like to order but prices are not indicated?
I placed an order and made payment, where is my order?
Once the order is shipped and tracking information is provided to you, we are no longer responsible for the order and any inquiries about the parcel must be forwarded to the appropriate shipping company. Please refer to the final invoice that was emailed to you to find the shipping and tracking information.
I live in a remote area, do you ship to my location?
Yes, we do ship to remote areas. Please indicate your PO Box # if applicable. Your shipping address must be entered clearly when completing the check-out process. This is also important for us to determine the shipping estimate. If you enter an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, you will be responsible for the additional charges for any returned packages.
How much is shipping?
The shipping cost will depend on your location and order size. Shipping estimates are done to the best of our ability, if there are any discrepancies, it will be reflected on the final invoice and you will be notified by email. Payment must be made in full before any orders are shipped.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, we have a minimum order of $150 before taxes and shipping.
Is there free shipping over a certain amount?
No, shipping is always charged.
How do I make a payment?
Payment information will be emailed to you along with your quote. We accept EMT (email money transfer), Credit Card (additional 2.5% fee) and PayPal for US customers (additional 3% fee).
Can I cancel or modify my order after paying?
No, a receipt of payment confirms the order. Once the order is prepared and packed, we cannot cancel or make any modifications to the order.
Is it possible to pick up my online order?
Yes. Enter our address: 133-350 Rue Louvain O Montreal, QC H2N 2E8 as the shipping address and type 'Pick up' in the name field. Once the order is confirmed and payment is made, you will be notified when your order is ready to be picked up. ***The billing information must reflect YOUR personal information***

I am making parkas, is the COMMANDER® fabric wind and water-proof?
Yes, our COMMANDER® fabric is ideal for parkas. It is a breathable fabric, wind resistant, water repellent and very durable for the cold arctic. It is long wearing, easy to care for and easy to sew.
