Ordering & pricing
Why are prices not shown on the website?
Add your items to the cart and complete the checkout process to receive an order number. You will receive an official quote by email within 2 business days, including pricing, taxes, and estimated shipping. If you don't receive an order number, your request was not submitted — please try again.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. The minimum order is $150 CAD before taxes and shipping.
How do I make payment?
Payment details are included with your quote. We accept EMT (email money transfer), credit card (2.5% processing fee), and PayPal for U.S. customers (3% processing fee).
Can I cancel or modify my order after paying?
No. Payment confirms the order. Once packing has begun, no cancellations or modifications are possible.
Are gift certificates available?
Yes. Call toll-free at 1-877-845-8076 or email service@bradorfabrics.com. Once payment is received, an e-gift certificate will be issued by email.
Shipping & delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and order size. The estimate is included in your quote — any discrepancy will be noted on the final invoice. Shipping is always charged; there is no free shipping threshold.
Do you ship to remote areas?
Yes. Include your PO Box if applicable. Ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout — you are responsible for any additional charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.
Where is my order?
Once shipped, tracking information is emailed to you. All post-shipment inquiries must be directed to the carrier. Refer to your final invoice for tracking details.
Pickup & in-store
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Enter 133-350 Rue Louvain O, Montreal, QC H2N 2E8 as the shipping address and type Pick up in the name field. You will be notified when your order is ready. Billing information must reflect your personal details.
Can I shop in person?
Yes. Visit our store in Montreal, Quebec. Hours and directions are available on our Contact page.

Is Commander® fabric wind and waterproof?
Commander® is wind resistant, water repellent, and breathable — engineered for Arctic and sub-Arctic conditions. It is durable, long wearing, easy to sew, and easy to care for, making it ideal for parkas and outerwear.
Do you have an online catalogue?
