Finn Raccoon

Farm-raised and imported from Finland, Finn Raccoon offers a coarser, more durable fur than standard raccoon, with long guard hair and a dense underfur that gives it a natural taper and marabou-like movement. The fur's water resistance and rugged texture make it well suited to hunting parkas and other performance outerwear trim, while its texture and movement also make it a popular tail and collar material for saltwater and freshwater fly-tying patterns.

Each pelt averages 38" in length (nose to butt) and 14" in width across the body, sold individually as a full pelt rather than by the metre.
