Lining Leather (Foderato Vitellino) - Black (Nero)

Foderato Vitellino is a premium vegetable-tanned cowhide from Italy, purpose-built as interior lining for leather goods. At 0.8mm, it's thin enough to line without adding bulk, with a napped suede backing and a matte black finish on the face.

What sets a genuine leather lining apart from a fabric one is how it wears. Foderato Vitellino softens and conforms to the shape of whatever it's lining over time — molding into a custom fit that fabric linings simply can't replicate. It's naturally breathable, letting air circulate far better than synthetic alternatives, and more resistant to moisture and everyday wear, which means it generally outlasts fabric lining by a wide margin.
